Using our website

Use this website lawfully and provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information. Do not interfere with its operation, misuse another person's information or submit fraudulent payment details. You must have legal capacity to make a purchase, or appropriate permission where applicable.

Products and prices

Check the selected variant and its specifications before ordering. Product pages identify included components; decorative accessories in styled images are not included unless stated. Lighting and screen settings can affect perceived color. Lifestyle images illustrate styling and do not replace the product specifications.

Prices and the transaction currency are displayed before purchase, together with shipping charges and taxes collected at checkout. Any applicable import charges and delivery restrictions must be disclosed before purchase. Product availability and prices can change for future orders.

Orders and payment

After placing an order, retain the order confirmation and check the details. If an item becomes unavailable or a clear listing error affects your order, we will contact you promptly to arrange an appropriate correction or refund. We will not substitute an item or charge a higher amount without your agreement. Available payment methods appear at checkout.

Delivery and cancellations

Review the delivery information provided before ordering. Fulfillment partners may ship items directly and an order may arrive in separate parcels. Lumaledge remains your seller and customer-service contact. Contact us promptly for a cancellation or address correction; changes may no longer be possible after dispatch. If an item has shipped, our refund policy applies after delivery. Contact support about missing, damaged or incorrect items.

Refunds without physical returns

Our Return and Refund Policy provides a 30-day satisfaction window and full refunds for eligible items without requiring you to send them back. Please do not mail parcels to our business address. The policy explains refund requests, shipping-charge refunds and undelivered items. It does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Privacy and website content

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is processed. Shopify hosts this store, and external services have their own terms and privacy practices. Lumaledge branding and original website content may not be reproduced commercially without permission. Other owners retain rights to their own content.

Corrections and your rights

We may correct website errors and update these terms for future purchases. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable mandatory law takes priority over any conflicting term.
